How long do the press-on nails last?
Our sticky tabs are of top quality. With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last up to one month or until your nails grow out. Wear time depends on your natural nails, daily activities, and how carefully the nails are applied.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Our press-on nails are reusable when removed gently and cared for properly.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using our size guide before purchasing (our size guide can be found in the description of each product). If you are between sizes, sizing up usually gives the best fit. You can also visit our store for in-person sizing.
Are the nails safe for natural nails?
Yes. When applied and removed correctly, press-on nails are gentler than traditional acrylics or gel.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our physical store. You can select this option at checkout if the items are in stock at the pickup location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship exclusively within Australia.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns on press-on nails?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail products, except for circumstances stated in the return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
